Chad was very accommodating and gave me a quote and scheduled a time for that very morning to do the job. (and his quote was more than reasonable with no emergency service fee) Chad and his assistant showed up and I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Peace of Mind Plumbing! 2: Excellent service!! Gina G. 5 Peace Of Mind Plumbing I called Chad at Peace of Mind Plumbing for 2 separate plumbing issues. I had a leaky sink in the kitchen and a clog in the bathroom sink. Chad was polite and courteous and was at my home in Sarasota the very next morning. He was on time(NICE)...and he did a great job! He unclogged a sink that I have had "years" of trouble with and had the equipment in stock and necessary to replace the kitchen sink(when the pipes were corroded). And best of all his prices were fair and reasonable. I was totally satisfied with Peace of Mind Plumbing and Chad's work and I would absolutely use him again in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber.         

3: Master Plumber in Customer Service Steve B. 5 Peace Of Mind Plumbing Chad Sutherland owner of Peace of Mind Plumbing came to my home to investigate an odor that I believed was sewer gas from a clogged vent. He arrived on time and immediately determined that odor was not coming from the vent but probably from a dead rodent either in the wall or the attic space. Without hesitation, he and his helper went into the crawl space over the house and retrieved a dead rat. I have never had this type of customer service from a plumber for a very reasonable cost. It would have cost me at least that much and probably much more for a pest control company. I would recommend Chad for any plumbing job. And, you can be sure if I have any further needs, I will call him immediately
